We would like to thank our customers very much for their loyalty and the trust they have placed in us. The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we strive for quality and short delivery times. All of our imports from Japan are basically original goods. Fans of pirated copies and bootlegs will not be happy with us. If an article is marked as deliverable, it can actually be delivered immediately and does not have to be ordered from us with a further waiting period.

Delivery Times

With a few exceptions, such as German-language anime or manga, all of our items are available for immediate delivery and will be sent within the next 48 hours after ordering (excluding weekends or public holidays) and are then subject to the delivery time of the German Post.

Proof of Age

For the sale of the following items, we need a copy of the identity card that confirms that the customer is at least 18 years old:
• Non-adult print products such as Hentai or Shonen Ai Dôjinshi (these items are individually marked)
• Import DvDs / Blu-rays or DvDs / Blu-rays that are FSK 18
• Video games that are rated 18+
You can send us a copy of your ID (front and back) and your signature, which requests your activation for “ab18” articles, by post or e-mail (in jpeg format).
